Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with whatever you buy from us. As these products are for personal-use only, we cannot accept return of items which bear use marks and deteriorated original packaging.
If a return is to be performed, we will accept unwanted, but unused and in the original packaging merchandise, with the following conditions:
- We are to be announced by email, within 2 days of receipt. In your email to us, please include the reason for the return and the number of the original invoice.
- In maximum 5 days aftetr receiving our return confirmation, you must ship the product to us.
- The return shipping fees and an adequate insurance (an insurance of about $100 is usually included in the transport fee) will be payed by the buyer.
- You are to give us a tracking number once you ship the products back to us.
- In case it is shipped from outside of Canada, the Costums forms should specify a Return.
- We also have in effect a 10% restocking fee (out of the product value, without shipping and handling).
If transportation damage is observed when receiving the package, you can refuse accepting the package or you can complain at the nearest shipping office. In this case, you will have to follow these conditions:
- We are to be announced by email, within 2 days of receipt. In your email to us, please include the reason and the number of the original invoice. Please include a photograph of the damaged item, or anything else that might proove the damage.
- In maximum 5 days aftetr receiving your complaint, we will send a new item. All costs for the second shipping will be supported by us.
- Please give the necessary information to Canada Post or the shipper used, when they will contact you related to this problem.
- If you prefer a full refund for glass dildol instead of an exchange, please say so in the email.
If the product is lost during transportation, please foloow theese conditions:

ATTENTION:
We will not be responsible for mis-shipping, in the case where we are provided with the wrong or incomplete address by the costumer.

- If suspected that the goods have been used or that the goods have been damaged deliberately, GlassSexToys.ca reserves the right to refuse the return.
- We will not accept any returns for personalized itmes.
